Saturday, May 2nd from 11am to 3pm.
An amazing celebration of the DIY spirit. Maker Faire brings artists, scientists, robotics, crafts, creators and more all together in the spirit of ‘making’. We want to celebrate by having makers show you what they do, share what they love and hopefully inspire you to get making yourself!
The Maker Faire will be taking place at the Gilroy Library, 350 West Sixth Street, Gilroy, CA 95020. We’ll have makers inside the library building and outside in the library paseo.
No! It is FREE to attend the Maker Faire. If you’d like to register that you’ll be attending it will help us with our planning, and you’ll be entered into a prize draw for a fun Maker prize pack to help you get making!
The Maker Faire is for all ages. We have something for everyone, whether it’s learning how to create pastel art, how to play a ukulele, learning to solder, seeing amazing robot creations, taking part in a workshop or just listening to the live music.
Yes! We will have food trucks available. Please bring cash to be sure that you can purchase food.
We have a great line up of makers coming to the Maker Faire, and the list is only growing! Keep an eye on our website to see who will be there and be the first to know when new makers are accepted: https://gilroy.makerfaire.com/makers-exhibits/
There is limited parking around the library complex. Consider using street parking on Church Street, Hanna, Rosanna or Sixth Street or Seventh Street instead.
